In 2012, she graduated summa cum
laude from South Texas College of Law, where she was on the Dean’s List for six
consecutive semesters, she won the Pamela E. George Family Law Award, and she
won the CALI (formerly Am Jur) award for earning the highest grades in
Constitutional Law, Legal Research and Writing, Evidence, Wills, Trusts, and
Estates, and Criminal Law. While in law
school, she served as Assistant Managing Editor of the South Texas Law Review,
and she competed as an advocate and lead brief writer on a traveling moot-court
team.
Kelly was admitted to the State
Bar of Texas in 2012 and has dedicated her career to the practice of family
law. She is experienced in cases
involving high net-worth property division & contested custody. In addition
to her litigation skills, Kelly is also a certified mediator. Her clients appreciate her non-judgmental
empathy, professionalism, and creative use of alternative dispute methods, such
as mediation, to achieve personalized results in each case.
Kelly enjoys living in The
